I completed CNA school through Sac Med Training and have 20+ years raising my own children and 2.5 years as a caretaker for the elderly. I am comfortable with hospice patients, showering needs, errands, light cleaning, basic caretaking, or just companionship care.
I am a certified Road Runners Club of America Run Coach, I am also a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Alliance certified teacher. I have coached individually as well as high school running teams. I taught in a yoga studio in Sacramento, CA for about four years as well as in Gardnerville, NV for a few months until switching to private sessions only for now. If you want to change your fitness routine, eating habits, daily routine, face that fear .... I can help! I offer consulations for run coaching, customized running plans for any race distance, and one-on-one yoga! Whether your goal is just to get back in shape, run a goal race, or eat healthier I will guide you in creating a goal, and help you learn the steps to work towards it. Monday Mile Group!

One-on-one Yoga Instruction
Whether you want to be challenged with Vinyasa, a more intense Yoga workout, a recovery Yin-yoga class, or learn one of these practices, I can customize it to your level of practice and preference.
Locations vary as requested (park or home). Click on the links to try some of my short videos.
One hour Vinyasa, Power Yoga, or Yin Yoga $30/per session (pricing for group or multiple sessions TBD as requested).
This is my dog, Mila, she runs with me everyday. She is happy, loves everyone, is just herself all the time (whether you like it or not), tries to cheer me up if I'm sad, and she is ALWAYS up for an adventure. I think we should all be a little more kind, a little more real with eachother, and 'Be A Mila,' so I made some stickers as a reminder.
